Core Values:

Community-Community means creating a space where people feel welcomed, heard, and valued, and where collaboration and mutual respect guide how we work and grow. We support each other, celebrate our differences, and take shared responsibility for building relationships that foster trust, belonging, and collective success.

Learning-We are committed to curiosity, reflection, and continuous improvement—seeking new knowledge and learning from both success and failure. By sharing what we learn and remaining open to growth, we adapt, innovate, and better serve our mission and the communities we support.

Respect-We treat every individual with dignity, fairness, and compassion. By respecting others, we foster trust, accountability, and a safe environment where everyone can contribute and thrive.

Transparency-We are committed to open, honest communication and clear decision-making, sharing information responsibly and accessibly with our stakeholders. By being transparent about our actions, challenges, and outcomes, we foster integrity, collaboration, and confidence in our work and mission.

Teamwork-We believe teamwork multiplies our impact. We communicate openly, share responsibility, and hold ourselves accountable as a team, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and shared purpose in pursuit of our mission.

Play-We believe play fuels creativity, connection, and joy. By embracing curiosity, imagination, and moments of fun, we create space for innovation, learning, and human connection. Play strengthens our work, our relationships, and our ability to approach challenges with resilience and optimism.
